Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 8–18 business days depending on the product. Some items ship via faster methods with estimated delivery of 8–12 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
What if my package hasn't arrived?

Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All products sold on Purvida Co. are sourced from verified suppliers and have a shelf life of at least 2 years. Always read the label and follow usage instructions included with your product.
Are your supplements suitable for everyone?
Our supplements are formulated for adults. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
What hair types are the hair care products suitable for?
Our Caviar Hair Care Set is suitable for all hair types, including color-treated, heat-damaged, and post-perm hair.
Are your skincare products tested on animals?
We are committed to cruelty-free sourcing and work with suppliers who do not conduct animal testing on their products.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Can I return opened products?
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and supplement products are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
